Help with app Crash

Greetings
I have created my 1st android app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vector.guru99&hl=en
The app seems to be crashing a lot while users take the quiz. Not sure why this is happening and the client has gone bonkers!
Can someone help?
