EidViewer V4.2.0 has untranslated string

Hi Bernard,

This is not in the viewer, but in the middleware. Unfortunately, that
part is difficult to translate (but I can look into it).

If you're willing to help fix this, the relevant code is found under
https://github.com/Fedict/eid-mw/tree/master/cardcomm/pkcs11/src/dialogs/dialogsgtk

So, I'm an idiot :-)

There's actually some support for translations, but it works
differently. I forgot about that.

I'm going to convert it to gettext() and deal with it that way. This
will take a while though.
