Strange warning @ starting Firefox "Configuratie voor de Belgische elektronische identiteitskaart is mislukt. Is de EID-Middleware geïnstalleerd?"

When starting Firefox (version 47.0) a warning appears :"Configuratie voor de Belgische elektronische identiteitskaart is mislukt. Is de EID-Middleware geïnstalleerd?".

The fact is that the middleware works fine and that the EID-card can be used without any problems. (I managed to access tax-on-web). All tests seems to work. When Firefox starts, one
can clearly see that the card-reader is being accessed. I switched off the warning.

If I can help in tracking down this warning, please let me know.

Thank you for reporting and your offer to help.

Mozilla has changed the return value of a function we use:

var modules = this.getPKCS11ModuleDB().listModules();
//Mozilla changed listModules from being a nsIEnumerator to being a nsISimpleEnumerator

This causes our plugin to think no eid pkcs11 modules were found, and therefore it shows the warning that the eID would not be installed

So we changed our eid addon, but it might take some time before Mozilla signs this changed addon.

Switching off the warning is indeed the way to go.
