3 times wrong PIN

Hi to all. Guys, need help. by mistake i enter 3 times wrong PIN ( from my old card).

I have PUK and PIN letter. is there ANYway, i can reset that 3 times lock without visiting gemeentehuis?

I'm afraid not, you'll have to visit the municipality.
