eID Applet 1.2.3

Hi,


Released eID Applet 1.2.3.
This release fixes some potential issues on Ubuntu/Debian when using the
Oracle JVM (credits go to Wouter from FedICT).
The eID Applet dialogs now also always stay on top, which makes it
easier for end-users.

The eID Applet can be tested via the eID Applet Beta Site at:
