Commons eID 0.7.0

Hi,


Released Commons eID version 0.7.0.

This release fixes several issue:

* BeIDCards.getAllBeIDCards() no longer can contain cards in
unrecoverable state (thanks to several guys from HealthConnect)

* improved parsing of date of birth

* removed commons-eid-consumer dependency from both commons-eid-dialogs
and commons-eid-jca so you can really have lightweight client-side
integration (as it was supposed to be)

* switched from commons-logging to slf4j for logging API

* some minor refactorings


Updating from the 0.6 series should be fairly easy.
