eID Applet and Commons eID releases

Hi,


Released a new version of the eID Applet and Commons eID project.
These releases fix an issue with Vasco Digipass PPDU smart card readers
under Windows 10.

You can test out the eID Applet version 1.2.4 via the beta site at:

Commons eID 0.6.3 is available within our Maven repository at:
https://www.e-contract.be/maven2/
