Hi,

It has been a while since we've announced some new things.
First of all, the old eID Identity Provider v1, which served for more
than 6 years by now, has finally been replaced by a brand new -again
like DSS, from scratch- eID Identity Provider v2. Featuring a completely
new design (Java EE 6 & CDI) and inherent support for multiple eID
runtimes (eID Applet & eID Chrome for the moment) I guess we're all set
for the years to come.
Check it out at:

Metadata available at:

Documentation on how to integrate is available at:
https://www.e-contract.be/#/developers

Even doing NodeJS these days (besides the script kiddie misgiving and
some minor immaturities, Express middleware is actually well architectured):

The new eID Identity Provider v2 is 100% protocol compatible with the
old (RIP) one. Given the current volatile web browser runtime landscape
(NPAPI), eID IdP v2 makes for the perfect platform to achieve maximum
platform coverage.

And while I'm at it, here is a tech preview of our new eID Chrome OS
solution:

And to make all of this and more happen, we're also looking for a good
developer:

Kind Regards & happy hacking,
Frank.
