eID IdP 1.0.1.Beta3 release

Hi,

Released a new beta version of the eID IdP product, together with a new
eID Applet beta release.

New in the eID Applet 1.0.5.Beta2 is the support for > 1024 bit RSA keys
and RSA-PSS, as preparation for next generation eID cards.
I've also added support for the eID aware secure pinpad reader, which is
a new product by FedICT that offers hardware based transaction
confirmation. Besides these new security features, this beta release of
the eID Applet also fixes some minor security issues and has an improved
TLV parser (foreigner eID cards).

The eID IdP 1.0.1.Beta3 release takes full advantage of these new eID
Applet features, and also fixes some minor bugs.

This served as a basis for the request for procurement.

The new eID Applet developer's guide also describes how this has been implemented in the eID Applet:

You'll find the info under section "3.2.6. eID secure PIN pad card reader".
