Wanted: Senior Flash Architect for Part-time Position

We are looking for:

* A part-time contractor position, work locally or remotely.
* At least 4 years experience developing on the Flash architecture.
* At least 1 years experience developing for the web.
* Deep knowledge of the Flash architecture and object module.
* Some experience modifying third party flash (swf) files.
* Complete knowledge of the HTTP protocol and HTML, CSS standards.
* Basic HTML design and coding skills.
* Experience with JavaScript and AJAX.
* Self-motivated and excited to work in a startup environment.
* Comfortable working independently and handling a great deal of
responsibility.
* Familiarity with agile methods - a plus.
