  Job Responsibilities:  

Oversee the planning, creation and implementation of the health and safety program of the Project.  

Skills and Experience: 

·  Have 3 years or above similar working experience in Construction/Engineering Company or project management; Safety back ground is preferred. 

· Excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills required 

· Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize assignments and work well under pressure 

· Keenness on cultural differences and be able to bridge the cultural gap between US and Chinese contractors.
