The Information and Communication Technologies theme of the
Cooperation Programme announced its Third call for proposals on 4
December 2007. The ICT theme was launched focusing on seven strategic
Challenges for the seven years of this Framework programme.

This Third call seeks proposals in three areas within two of these Challenges:
- Challenge 2: Cognitive systems, interaction, robotics
- Challenge 4: Digital libraries and content; Intelligent content and semantics
