I hope you'll like it.

I hope I'll meet you in New York, but I begin again, as in 2003-2004, with the assistance of an advocate, a long, hard and venimous administrative procedure for the legal papers of my last twelve years child, Alisha,  and I cancel now all my conferences, seminars etc... for the next six months in 2010 and beginning of 2011.

But you know, as said in 2008 Rita, I'll dance in the storm... and the show goes on. So, I'll prepar the next issues of CCdE and i-Medjat.

With my best wishes and

mon souvenir amical

Alain Anselin

Dear Alain and all,

Greeting from London to all. Thanks for your email advising of the publication of CCdE, Alain. Congrats on 10 years!

I had hoped to be a more active participant in our group over the months, but my attention has been directed in so many other directions as I tried to stay employed within academia. I still would like to help build a more collaborative group working on early (Late Predynastic-Early Dynastic). Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Is anyone aware of this taking place beyond this group or have ideas about how we might develop this group in a more productive way?

Thanks to Alain for remaining active and continuing to send publication and other updates. (Good luck with Alisha - I hope we hear good news in due course! My thoughts are with you in the meanwhile.)

All the best to everyone. Looking forward to New York! - Kathryn
