I had a discussion two days ago with Pat Wendorf (from the UCI
project, the Unified Cloud Interface) about the semantic abstraction
model for the cloud computing APIs. and i did create an-eye bird view

The trend to unify the cloud semantically is growing and will have lots of benefits not to lock-in specific cloud vendors.
