Dear Friends,

I can't really express how happy I was when I received signs of 'Living' members and that they are still alive and kicking out there. First of all 'HAPPY RAMADAN' to all of you and may this holy month of fasting, praying and getting closer to God brings peace inside each one of us and between nations if not countries.

It's been a while since I contributed….but I have my reasons. The first one would be that I wanted others to initiate a conversation – in other words….not being initiated – and the second would be, as my dear cousin just said a while ago…Work ! I admit that I'm a workaholic dear Philip and I do believe that since we're still in our 20's then this is the best time for us to prove ourselves in the business world, specially being in a very fast growing business field lets you compete more and more so as not to be left over way back when everybody else is running you over.

So let me comment on one thing that I know is making top news as we speak now..."IF" Pope Benedict XVI "DID" actually say such words on "ISLAM" then I'd love to be the first to "SHOOT HIM DOWN"…not because of much other than that we don't actually need anymore A** H*** [excuse my French] to the list of A** H***es already existing who're so anxious to do nothing other than dividing what's already been divided years ago…

For Lebanon…I can't say more than this…GOD will never leave those who were accountable for such a law-breaking crime. By the way, Israel & the United States will never get defeated with suicide attackers and vengeance…"An eye for an eye makes the world blind" this is a very true statement…I guess it should start from us, normal people…giving dignity to ourselves...to our families...to our neighbors…then to our leaders..and in the end to the outside world…That if happened, would slap everyone of the face knowing that we Arab 'Regained' our dignity…so to all of the world out there....'Think twice before upsetting an Arab'.

In the end…I miss all of you so much, I miss hearing from you…and I do really miss your conversations…

Waiting to hear from you..

Regards,

Dear Peter,
As a muslim, I would love to thank you for your words, and yes the POPE said so, as I have a friend sitting with me now who speaks German and she told me that she heard it with her own ears, and I trust my friend given she is Christian :)
I saw a picture yesterday on the magazine Rosa AL Youssef (Although I don;t like this magazine) The picture was taken in the Golden age where 2 young boys one studying in an azhar school with their traditional customs and an another boy wearing a Cross and both are looking to the camera and smiling, this proves that we are Egyptians and arabs have a great BOND that noone will be ever succeed in breaking it.
Not because there are muslims and Christians they can't be friends. This is Wrong. We are always there for each other. We are one unit. And if any muslim comes out saying any bad word about christianity I would say the same words Peter said.
Again Peter I thank you

Dear All

First of all, I have to admit I’m not that active member in this group, but
I do follow your contributions from time to time. Second, Ramdan Mubark and
Kareem. Last but not the least, I’m proud to have someone as Peter in this
group as a moderator and as E-friend as well if he accepts. I do have plenty
of Christian friends and I find them always as good as I expect in all
times. We “Muslims”, have to believe in all prophets as a part of our
belief. Coming to Pop’s words, I’m not saying anything more than Sheikh
Said Tantawy said about him, “he does not know anything about Islam”. I
proud of our Egyptian’s Pope “Alexandria’s Pope” for his great knowledge
about Islam.

Thank you all for reading this and I pray to Allah to give all of us the
peace we need in this World.
