Answering Different Questions Related to EgyGeeks - Blog Post

Hello guys and gals,

Tonight we got many questions about the group. Things like people asking why we stick to .NET specific matters (we don't!), and who is managing the group and even as you read on this mail list what is the official facebook page of the group.
After facing really bad time explaining those to different persons individually, I decided to write a blog post about what EgyGeeks is all about.
