Kruko kaj Baniko estas en la urbocentro. Viro alpaŝas ilin.
Viro: Pardonu, kie estas la poŝtoficejo?
Baniko fingromontras okcidenten: Ho, se vi iros tiudirekte, ĝi distancas 40.000 kilometrojn.
Viro: !?
Kruko: Aŭ vi povas iri orienten, ĝi distancas unu straton. La viro rapide forpaŝas.
Baniko: Li eĉ ne dankis....
HOW FAR? Trans.: Alano.
Kruko and Baniko are in the city center. A man walks up to them.
Man: "Excuse me, where's the post office?"
Baniko points westerly: "Oh, if you go in that direction, it's 40,000 kilometres."
Viro: "Huh! ??"
Baniko: "Or you can go easterly - it's one street away."
