Baniko estas hejme. Li volas ŝalti sian komputilon, sed ĝi ne ŝaltiĝas.
Li decidas telefoni al la Teknika Helpejo.
Teknika helpanto: Halo, ĉi tie Teknika Helpejo. Ĉu ni povas helpi vin?
Baniko: Jes. Mia komputilo ne ŝaltiĝas.
Teknika helpanto: Ĉu vi estas certa ke ĝi estas konektita?
Baniko: Jes, mi certas.
Teknika helpanto: Atendu, ĉu vi ne estas sinjoro Baniko?
Baniko: Jes..., kial vi demandas?
Teknika helpanto: Eble vi denove forgesis pagi vian elektrofakturon.
Baniko: He ja, vi pravas. Kaj tio klarigas kial ankaŭ la lampoj ne funkcias.

TECHNICAL HELP Trans.:Alano.
Baniko is at home. He wants to boot up his computer but it doesn't start.
He decides to ring Technical Help.
Technical help person: "Hallo, this is Technical Help. Can we help you?"
Baniko¨"Yes. My computer won't start."
Technical help person: "Are you certain that it's connected?"
Baniko: "Yes, I'm certain."
Technical help person: "Wait, aren't you Mr Baniko?"
Baniko: "Yes...but why do you ask?"
Technical help person: "Perhaps you forgot to pay your electricity bill again."
Baniko: "Hey, yeah, you're right. And that also explains why the lights don't work."
