Adam,

Are you going to be at school after 4:30 pm today?  I was thinking of redesigning the solenoid-dart-dropping mechanism and I need to measure certain dimensions on the existing robot.  Like Dr. Jack suggested this morning we need to reduce the current voltage for the solenoid by using some type of linkage.  This would also reduce the overall robot weight.  I have a 10.5 V solenoid that may create the necessary force to drop the dart.  Maybe we can get away with only using 9 volts (one of the batteries) for it.
