I recall Madam was telling us that we should target to finish during September last week before the festival days in October to make sure that most of us are available. This will also push Professors to publish pending test results and our reimbursement of last Installment.

Had discussion with Nancy, we can have convocation date either first week of Oct or last week of Oct (In between, IIMB profs have vacation and some of us might be on out of town)

 

Pl let me know your thoughts, I feel, the feasible option could be last of week of Oct.

Hi Devesh,

Did you have any communication with Padmini Madam for the convocation ceremony date at IIM Bangalore? I recall Madam was telling us that we should target to finish during September last week before the festival days in October to make sure that most of us are available. This will also push Professors to publish pending test results and our reimbursement of last Installment.

Just discussed with Nancy: Seems 1^st week of Oct is not feasible, still some grades/assessments are pending, she is working with Profs to expedite this

 

Alternate options 2^nd week of Oct as first choice then 3^rd week as a second choice and so on..

She will get back to me with exact date

The issue with Oct last week is that just before that there is long weekends and pooja... many might be travelling...... 

I would prefer Oct 1st week..
