I live in L 902 Riviera and in one of the rooms there is a big seepage, which is increasing day by day. Please see the attached pictures that were taken on 21st Dec and the seepage has increased a lot since then. Root Cause seems to be the common shaft that is near to the room. Due to this seepage one room is not usable, I would appreciate a expedited action.

I have been complaining about this for sometime but have not seen any action. I am hoping that due attention would be given to it this time.

S25FF has a seepage issue since last 2 years. Many methods have been followed, long e-mail chain happened, lot of money spent from my pocket, I was promised to get it resolved, still living with seepage. Not sure what to do so that RWA and Maint. staff would be kind enough to resolve this.

Please count on me while driving this seepage removal process.

It was nice talking to you, the day before yesterday. I myself looking into your issue, perhaps you was out of town, I sent Plumber, Estate Manager two times to visit & to resolve your seepage issue.

As per their words, they say that the work was completed one and a half month back, but as you mention that the seepage resurges, I ask the Facility Manager & General Manger (Admin) to look into the issue.

We know that seepage has been always problematic, but we request you to kindly bear with us, I am quite hopeful this time your problem will be permanently solved.

One T pipe is required to install in the backside balcony, everybody know what this problem.... inspected 10 more times....
Second- bathroom needs to be fixed from water seepage.... need to open the pipe to close that seepage.... no sure why it is taking so so so long.....?????????

Any answer to this or any seriousness there to solve flat issues....?

what is the progress on the proposed committee for seepage assessment and solution?

this is the only logical way of addressing this cronic problem inherited from eipl.

lets constitute the seepage committee and try to achieve something before our term is over.
