Whosoever has been entrusted with the lifts' portfolio after my ouster should at least show some interest in the matter.

How is it that only the sufferers are making hue & cry?

Dear Mohit,

I understand the defective device would be replaced first thing in the morning.

Please remember that the Citadel residents are facing a very difficult time with only one lift working.

God forbid if the other one goes bust as it happened at Castle once, it would be a real nightmare.

Kone needs to do something about such emergencies. You may recall our discussions on this point during the contract renewal time.

Please revert about your future plans in this respect.

As informed during a telecommunication had with you,  it has observed, after the visit, one of the device is found failure.

Now defective device needs to be replace.

And same will be done by tomorrow itself as today we have limited manpower and resources with us.

We insure you these both lifts will be operational tomorrow in Citadel tower.

Yesterday we have replaced / aligned few of floor sensors.

Mohit, I just talked to Raghu Nandan who attends lift from maintenance. here are the Facts. YESTERDAY whole day this lift was  "SERVICED" by kone. it kept stalling after randomly in the evening yesteraday and today morning. Today around 1 PM the same person who serviced the lift came and left the site without fixing the issue.
NOW LILFT IS OUT OF SERVICE for more then 48 hours without and I see no one from KONE attending it.
WHY KONE IS NOT ATTENDING TO IT WHEN YOU GUYS KNOW ITS DOWN SINCE YESTERDAY?

NEED THIS LIFT FIXED ASAP.
