I would like to highlight also incident on which this discussion started.
Electrician Vinod has charged us Rs 300 for geyser element. While an outside electrician charges Rs150 for same work .
Same problem is with plumber , From my bathroom there is a seepage on common wall.
one of the plumber quoted me 2000 other is quoting 1500 for Same work. I do not know how much is actual cost for rectification . I am not sure since this a problem in common wall , I need to pay or not..
Since Plumbers know all pipelines , it is extremely difficult to call plumber from outside.
Today Electricians and Plumbers are abruptly charging residents.
I request RWA to look in to this matter and define guidelines for charging residents .
