Dear Mr Biblani,

This is my 3rd reminder regarding citadel lawns. You have not bothered to respond to any of the mails on the subject.

Am also attaching this morning's picture of the swings where large puddles are there and the swings, therefore, are out of bounds for kids.

Get the area around the swings concreted and then fix a proper mat meant for such purpose on top. Shall try to send you a picture of the matted kids play area that are so common everywhere. You may Google for more info.
