Dears Mrs Shukla and Sachin,

It may not be unreasonable for me to raise the issue of AC cheques for Citadel Lounge with a heavy heart. It has now been about a month that my request for the cheques is lying with the RWA office without any action. Apparently, the cheque was duly issued by the Treasurer, but, you being the signing/ approving authorities decided not to issue it for reasons unknown to me.

By delaying the issuance of cheque you are denying the EGM residents comfort of the Citadel Lounge facilities they deserve.  It’s a different matter that by delaying the matter inordinately, we may lose the early booking advantage and end up paying more.

Having delayed the issuance of the cheque for long, I do hope the matter would not be delayed further by raising queries at this stage. In any case, I have already clarified issues raised by fellow RWA colleagues and if any issues still remains it can well be sorted out through dialogue even after the cheque has been issued.

Honestly, I do not know where to go if my own proposal as a Member of the RWA keeps lying in doldrums. May be my colleagues in the RWA see reason and get the matter expedited.

I'm very surprised to see the recent developments.

Personally I don't have any issue, although if Madam Treasurer is ok, please request her to tender you with cheque she already posses blank signed cheques of mine. I am saying here I don't mind.

Hope this will make your way easier & surely easing being a shortcut.

Although I was out of country, but what so ever be the blame game it's on sachin.

Very disappointing, although no grievances.

Dear Sachin,

I am the last person to get involved in any blame game or politics of any kind.

I was here to work and am still trying to do the same despite many hurdles.

I simply put the facts in my mail. 

But yes, of course, you are the RWA Secretary and signing authority and need to realise the huge responsibilities. If matters are delayed whom do you think your RWA colleagues should go to?

No personal angle. 

Now I think, Madam Treasurer should make the cheque and send to me. Or do I have to make another request to her? If that is still required, I shall do it in the overall interest of the residents.

Incidently, have you returned to India? If not, when do we expect you here with us?

By denying the rightful demand of TCL, you are putting entire EGM community to unnecessary inconvenience.
