Dear Sachin,

 

A new pamphlet for dance classes has been delivered at my doorstep this morning that offers classes @ Rs 500/- subsidized by CCMP.

 

You may be fully aware that the vendor Creative Mechanizm was earlier operating from The Citadel Lounge and had to be shunted out as his demands for charges rose to unreasonable levels. Had we consulted our CLMC colleagues before hiring them, may be we could have reached a settlement that avoided necessity of a subsidy from cash starved RWA.

 

Now that we have the dance classes facility with two batches already running at TCL, I do not see any reason to unnecessarily burden the RWA with the dance classes subsidy. Instead we should look for other fresh areas in which the residents may be interested in and that have not yet been explored by either Castle Club or The Citadel Lounge.

 

I also take this opportunity to reiterate my advice to run the two facilities in tandem for the overall benefit of the EGM rather than in competition. 

 

Finally, as I have not been a part of discussion and decision making in the case of the Castle Club, I am not aware of the subsidy arrangement and would like to know from which fund this subsidy is being extended.

The pamphlet clearly mentions ccmp subsidy in very small illegible letters. Please educate me on this aspect.

It is most unlikely that Mr amit would have settled for a fee of Rs 500/- per kid. Please confirm how much he is charging and from where the balance amount is being paid.

Btw, awaiting accounts of CLMC as requested by Jaideep Ji, for long, will appreciate an early revert.

I don't see a ratioinal in opposing, if residents get a facility @500 instead of Rs.1500 saving 1000/kid, more without any financial involvement.

It's not a matter of faith. My simple query is how much per kid we are paying the Dance Coach? 

As an RWA member if I have to approach CCMP for such a trivial query, something needs to be done for the RWA coordination.

I know I do not belong to the Core RWA and have not been informed of any RWA activity for over 2-3 months, I do believe I am entitled to information.

As for TCL accounts, I have not seen any mail from Mr Mittal as I have been travelling a lot lately and have opened my mailbox only for important correspondence. Have yet to go through the mailbox that may not be possible before next week as I may be travelling again during the weekend. In case of any important matter I would expect a call the way I do myself. Anyways, the accounts are readily available till Feb'14 and Day-book entries till March'14. These can be provided without further delay, but, if next week is not too late, you can have full till date accounts by then.

Incidently, I would appreciate if the accounts are demanded by the Treasurer or Secretary and not by a fellow RWA Member.

BTW, I still don't understand why the RWA decided to alienate me from the mainstream RWA? It's certainly an uncomfortable position for me.

Lets meet and discuss. Sometimes email chains end up spoiling relationships.

Just one point from my side , there is no activity done by RWA for last several months.

I haven’t attended any meeting.

I did not meet most of the members on official forum

We act once anything happens in our domain. For example I was involved when NPCL supply got down.

 

So , sir you are not being sidelined by any one.

You are always a source of inspiration to us J
