Dear Mr Biblani,

As informed by you on Saturday 10 May 14, I am sure the deposit cheque of Rs 10,000/- along with necessary papers towards renewal of the EGM swimming pool licenses has been given to Mr Maharaj Singh, Swimming Pool Contractor, last Monday (12 May 14).

Have the licenses been received? If not yet, take directions for further perual of the matter from Mr Secretary. I am sure you would be able to settle this important routine administrative RWA Office matter ASAP.

Further, please deposit the copies of the cheque and the submitted papers referred above to the CLMC for our record.

Regards,
Y Deva

Dear Nitesh,
Pl stop giving orders on behalf of the Secretary.
Let the Secretary review the matter and take his own decision.
It is a routine administrative matter and the lapse has been on part of the RWA administartion.
The CLMC can not stop the swimming pool from functioning. If there is a problem with the Gr Noida authority, let the RWA administration take the responsibility and face the consequences.
Remember, the pool has been functioning prior to the formation of the CLMC and the license exists. It is just a matter of license renewal.
Am sure Mr Sectretary will it find it necessary to post this normal administrative mail on the residents_voice.
Regards,
Y Deva

Dear Devaji,

The complete RWA is liable of a legal action if something happens in the swimming pool(that includes you as well). Please do understand these Dharshan's and
Rajesh's will nowhere be found for your and my rescue. Please do not bat for these people, specially after looking at their behavior yesterday. I don't care about
who's fault is that permissions were not taken at proper time but this is an illegal activity now. I will not participate in any illegal activity.

I request Mr. Secretary to issue a notice to CLMC and hold them liable for any legal consequence. Also in case they still operate the pool, file a complaint to
appropriate authority.

Regards,
Rajneesh

Dear Rajneesh,
I repeat, for the lapses on the part of RWA administration, the CItadel swimming pool will not be closed.
Better you run after the authority and obtain the license renewal.
And, please stop bringing personal names in to RWA administrative matters. I have only friends and not enemies including all my RWA colleagues. The battle is that of ideology.
Incidently, don't try using this an excuse to shut down the Citadel Lounge that you have tried since long. Not releasing legitimate ac advance for three months is a burning example. Your actions have denied the EGM advantages of an early bird booking for which I tried my level best and whenver we go for airconditioning we shall have to cough up much more.
Finally, I do not know about you all, but, I do have a lot of office work to attend. For this, I stopped writing on residents_voice with an appropriate message this morning but you do not seem to stop from dragging me on.
Please keep my away from your dirty political games. I believe only in work and that's what I shall keep on doing no matter what.
Have a great day.
Signing off for the day and with regards,
Y Deva

you are still skirting around the issue.
what action you have taken against mr biblani for the delay in this matter?
at least ask him to report status as directed by me this morning.

for your information, mr biblani has confirmed that the payment and papers for the license renewal have been deposited with the authority.
the renewal therefore is under progress.
all other formalities like pool guard are being followed.

Dear Devaji,

1. I have never written anything on resident_voice on any official matter. This mail is not sent to resident_voice unlike the slug feast you guys are having.
2. You may have love and affection for some people due to which you are putting your head on stake. I have no such love or affection with anyone(anyone).
I don't want to get involved in any legal tangle.
3. If anyone is responsible for the mess in citadel, it is Dharshan. With all his nonsensical and provocative mails what else do you expect from other.
Less mentioned about Rajesh is better.
4. Your ignorance of law of the land doesn't make RWA less liable in court of law. Read the society act. Any miss-happening will make the complete RWA liable not
the RWA office staff.

Regards,
Rajneesh

what darshan writes is most decent and to the point. the way sachin wrote on yesterday's fiasco was in utterly poor taste.
i remember when vijai bajpai used the word 'gunda' last year our group made lots of hue & cry and now sachin uses the same words with elan.
darshan's reply is just apt. it would be difficult to draft a better reply than that.
fortunately, i decided to stay away from this farce of a meeting and advised others as well. may be some of them took it and stayed away. total waste of time.
and yes, btw, you all are not the only upright people in the egm, there are more darshans as well.
don't worry about me, i have worked relentlessly with honesty and transparency all my life and that gives me courage to face what comes my way.
i repeat, if any problem is there regarding citadel swimming pool, the rwa administration takes the brunt. and that doesn't mean rwa office. it means the rwa executives at the helm of affairs and other like me down the ladder, on whose command the rwa office runs.
hence, i shall try my best not to shut down the pool for even a day.

y deva

Dear Devaji,

I am not here to resolve your and Sachin's issue. You both decide what to do about it. I am pointing out an illegal activity here.
Either take permission today or shut down the pool. I can't help if you are not able to understand this simple point. I am not here
to nurture people's bruised ego. Had I not been legally liable on this, I wouldn't have cared a damn about that swimming pool.

My last mail on this topic.

Rajneesh

Dear Darshan,

My apologies for spelling your name wrong. Even I don't have any personal problem with you. I found your mails to RWA office staff offending
and I have raised that issue there and then.

Now please understand, A women died in YMCA pool couple of years back. The complete administration was put behind the bars. It took them months
to get the bail. I have never broken any law and have no intention to do it in the future. Irrespective of whoever's fault it is that permission was not
taken on time, operating the pool without license is illegal. Please go-ahead and run the pool with license but without license, I do not give my consent.

Regards,
Rajneesh

I have not had pleasure of knowing you personally but, being a 4+ years resident now in this society I have seen & known you from a distance as a kind & noble gentleman.
The way you have mis-spelled my name twice today, I am sure you do not know anything about me or my background.  Request you to not mix up issues and your personal judgements against individuals.
Please consider to be my guest at Citadel lounge one of these evenings and have a tea with me.
