Good Afternoon RWA Team Members.

Kindly note the attached program for the Talent Show event taking place on
10th & 11th May.

We would like to take this opportunity as our pleasure to invite EGM
President Mrs Narayani Shukla for Lamp Lighting to open up the event for
all residents with her blessings on 11th May at 5;30 pm.

Also, as too short time left for our final preparation, We would like to
point out following items as discussed by our Team with RWA as agreed by
all, during our previous meetings. Last one with President Mrs Shukla, as
she noted all the points & confirmed all the below noted requirements. We
highly appreciate & thank you for your support & co-operation & conclude
this requirements.

-*Our stalls will be prepared on Saturday that is 10th May evening so the
material & staff will be allowed in the campus by gate security.*
*-We would like to test the electricity connection on Saturday night itself

so please advise the facility manager for preparing electricity connections

by than with required maintenance staff.*
*- Loud Speaker announcement (Using Hooter) on both the days to make more
residents' participation.*
*- Available RWA Chairs & tables, fans & electricity connection for Family

Fun event at Riviera Garden on 10th & 11th Evening at circle Round about

area.*

is more detailed, for people to plan their evening.
