increasing the number of plumbers is no solution.

entire load is on pradeep who is the only competent person. i speak this from my personal experience.

hence we may replace incompetent existing plumbers with more ;like pradeep and may even be able to manage with a smaller team.

if mr biblani focusses more on his immediate duties we may achieve more.

ps: citadel swimming pool seepage problem still persists. despite my combined effort with mr biblani matter rests where it was. i am looking for alternatives so that at least the pool can be opened as the season is here.
