Dear Mr Biblani,

Last night at 3am, the power went out for long.

The maintenance phone number was difficult to access.

Lifts were off hence was unable to go down to look in to the matter.

After things settled, met the electrician who informed that the problem was that one of the two phases got fused leading to low voltage. They took time to sort out the problem and resolved it through a simple solution. They disconnected the main supply and put the power on DG!

In future, arrange that the power is restored without delay and fault finding is done at a more convenient time. Long power failures put the residents in towers absolutely handicapped. Particularly, if they are senior citizens like me.

Also, take time out to respond to this mail. You have not bothered to respond or report progress on my earlier mails.
