Dear Mr Secretary,

Why are we not announcing the elections?

We are already late as per the EGMRWA Byelaws.

If you announce the GBM EVEN today, we can still hold the elections on 29 MAY 2014 - well within the month we took charge last year.

My sincere advice is to handover charge to the next duly elected incumbents on a happy note.

Dear Mr Secretary,

We in the RWA have lost another crucial day for the already delayed election process.

Considering that we need minimum 18 days for the election process (3 for GBM and 15 for the Election), with today's announcement, the earliest election date would be 30 May 2014.

Time is running out and we may not like the posterity to remember us for such disregard to the byelaws.

Please come out with the GBM announcement by end of the day. We can still retrieve lost ground.

Dear Mr Secretary,

Without getting in to the arguments on what is and what not is there in the byelaws, I consider it our moral duty to handover the RWA to the duly elected incumbents at the end of one month in office.

I do not see any reason for stretching our tenure to the maximum possible. At least any such compelling reason has not come to my notice. Am not sure about others in the Core RWA.

I do feel it's time we announced the AGM that shall pave way for the elections.

I reiterate my long pending request to you for reply to the following queries:

1. What is the compulsion for delay in the RWA Elections beyond 25 May 2014, i.e. completion of our one year term?

2. When do we discuss the Election 2014 issue and set the ball rolling?

We lost another Sunday today for holding the AGM. We can now go to the Residents on a waiver on byelaws and hold the elections without waiting for the stipulated time frame. Sunday 01 June 2014 can still retrieve the lost ground.

I request my fellow RWA colleagues to give the proposal a thought and help the Secretary in making the right move.

As for me, count me out of any RWA transaction w.e.f. 26 May 2014. One year at RWA itself has been a pretty long time!

Today being 16th of May, this RWA doesn't have 18 days to call an AGM and hold elections before Expiry of it's term. We are heading towards a CRISIS where this RWA will become invalid on the 25th of May before a new RWA is elected.

Unfortunately, the guys at the helm of affairs having the habit of flouting every Rule in the Bye-Laws in their term are trying to confuse the Residents in an attempt to hang-on to their positions and misuse the funds. There seems to be neither a financial accountability nor the constitutional obligation necessary to be followed by a handful people.

Calling upon the Residents to Pressure this RWA from further manipulating Bye-Laws which will create another very very BAD Precedent for the future RWAs.

I'm out of any RWA transaction w.e.f. 26 May 2014. For me to get abused in the good sense for one year at RWA itself has been a pretty long time!

Be assured I'm not going to contest for next year, & going through the ill environment & hu hallas by the vested interests, I request gentlemen/women to get refrain from getting involved in this dirty job & let the hu hallai's , gunda's come & let them satisfy their ego's.
