I refer to my visit to EGMRWA office on 6th March 2014 morning where i met you and had registered theft complaint of our cycle from G 7 - G 8 GF stair case area.

A lady from Amazona was already there at your office to follow-up with you regarding their recent cycle theft. 

You had assured me to revert with the findings the next day which i am still awaiting.

CCTV  camera would have helped to obtain cruitial footage however i was informed by Mr. Biblani that various lanes CCTV camera/system ( including Gardenia lane) are non-functional since last about a year, owing to work being carried by IGL and Nextra.

Today evening Mrs Anita Ghosh G-14 GF(their cycle theft has taken place around 23rd February 2014), Anwar and myself had visted main gate and have asked the computer operator to provide us with report about the timings of cycle movement from main gate on certain dates. CCTV camera/ system at main gate is functional. We understand that if security is non-vigilant , cycle can be moved out from society boundry wall, however CCTV footage of main gate may prove to be an outside chance to catch the culprit.

Three cycle thefts (known to us) within a short span please NOT be looked as just cycle theft becasue if necessary measures are not taken than the thieves will get encouragement to venture into bigger motives.
