Dear Sachin,

It is good to learn that the Castle Club is being spruced up and,
expectedly, would be open to the whole of EGM community. I do hope
that the RWA board has observed the normal official procedure of
discussion on this crucial matter and taken the decision with a long
term sustainability of the venture.
Unfortunately, I happened to be out on a field visit to a remote site
in Meghalaya and was devoid of internet connectivity and must have
missed any official communication from you in this regard.

Presumably, the Club is developed as a community service and is being
furnished with RWA funds. This sounds as a good move in the interest
of the EGM Residents by the RWA and also is a perfect solution to the
disputed problem with the Eldeco Club. With the already functioning
premium paid-cum-community service Citadel Lounge, the EGM Residents
can look forward to some great in-house club facilities.

As discussed with you on phone before my departure on tour, let us sit
together and prepare a blueprint which would define the role of these
two facilities so that duplication is avoided and the Residents get
the best deal. For this, let there be a dialogue between the Castle
Club management and the CLMC. We should discuss and decide the
modalities and put them on record for the posterity. To me it is a
very important matter and must be settled on priority.

I find it rather interesting that the RWA takes some big decisions
when I am out of Greater Noida for long durations and am out of
internet connectivity. First it was the RWA office shifting to Citadel
Lounge premises and now the opening up of the Castle Club .

I had very limited time for this mail on way back to Delhi at Guwahati
and could not go through the huge pile of mails in my mail box. Shall
go through your communications in this regard and would revert at the
earliest.

I extend heartiest congratulations and best wishes to all those who
have taken pains in going through the exercise of Castle Club
commissioning.

Regards,
Y Deva

Dear Sir,

Sorry, I have deleted some of the recipients of your last mail which includes Dr.Rajesh too, on the very reason of not sharing our thoughts to others in official communiques.

Thanks for your best wishes, I always look of positives from you.

Your very initiative for dialogues between CLMC & CCMP(RWA) is welcomed.

Let me try to clear some misperceptions you carry to the best of my knowledge.

The Castle Club is not commissioned now, but the same is serving whole society Free of Cost for years.

Also the CCMP was framed along with CLMC the very same day the CLMC was formed.

At Castle, no division on the basis of Castleites, Right Wing , Amazona, Riviera residents etc. is thought of.

It was decided to open all the facilities to full society with exactly the same charges as for Castle Residents, whatsoever be the facility is.

No Differentiation at all.

No Documentation, No Registration, No Cards, Just open for all.

More over the CLUB was furnished earlier only, Swimming Pool was serving residents for years Free of Cost, Hundreds of Parties have made their way in Castle Club, some GBMs also happened there.

Centre table was there earlier only.

Sofa's was there earlier only.

Steam Bath was there earlier only.

Sauna Bath was there earlier only.

A Managers table, some chairs was taken from the scrap of RWA office.

No new recruitment as Manager, Pantry Boy was done, the RWA staff will only be used that will also help in utilizing them to their fullest.

The Café is outsourced, that will generate revenue for RWA.

Monthly fix expenses are avoided & an arrangement of revenue sharing with teachers done.

What we have done is, utilize the possessed resources & repaired the existing features, barring some.

I appreciate your concerns towards the Citadel Lounge & will try my best to avoid any conflict of interests.

I hope you will find my reply in line & I seek apology in advance if you found something improper, & expect a pat on my

back for taking pains in going through the exercise of Castle Club & delivering a Club to Society out of shambles.

Sachin

why give all this? it is crystal clear that the facility is for egm residents. who ever doubted that?
the egm residents should be happy to have two facilities and if operated in tandem its a great service to the residents.
i do hope rwa extends all possible help in running these two to the best of capacity.
congratulations and best wishes once again for a good move.
regards
