Dear All,
Please take a good look at the trailing mail.
I reiterate the need to constitute  the long pending Committee to assess and address the overwhelming seepage problem in the whole of EGM Complex.
This is a serious issue and needs to be attended on priority.
It is a pity we continue to handle this serious and omnipresent problem on piecemeal basis and are still unable to focus wholeheartedly.
Let's make a good start without any further delay.

This is the third reminder to you guys in the last 30 days regarding the seepage in my flat. Can you please instruct someone to assess the situation at the earliest possible and then advise on how to address it. It poses serious health hazards as well for the occupants. This has been left hanging for way too long and if not checked quickly can cause big headache to our neighbors and folks living downstairs.

If you think that the situation is no serious I will ask the occupant to distribute pictures of the same. But please look into this issue at the earliest.

Our tenant Mr Amitabh Verma is experiencing serious seepage issues in flat CC804 and its increasing every passing day and making things very difficult for him. Since RWA has put gag orders on tenants, I am writing on his behalf.

Can you please look into this asap as this has become extremely serious.

Please look into the chronic seepage issue that CC804 is plagued ever since the flat was handed over back in 2009. Numerous requests spread across several RWA tenures have been tendered but have fallen on deaf years and the issue to date has not been resolved. 

Please show some mercy and get this addressed ASAP. The common strategy to dispel such outstanding seepage issues is the 2 yr expiry date beyond which the RWA wash their hands off. I can send a trail of all emails asking for the resolution ever since this issue manifested and RWA's failure in getting this resolved so any attempt to disqualify this issue as expired will be extremely unfortunate and lacking compassion from the RWA side. 

Hoping that RWA will look into this seriously and take it up on an urgent basis. Please contact Mr Amitabh Verma who currently is the tenant there for access to the flat etc.

On second thoughts, can we consider serving legal notice to EIPL for having compromised plumbing workmanship and material that poses a real threat to the safety of the complex and of the residents in turn.
Please check the legality of this most serious problem with our lawyer.
