Giant hogweed

I'm walking past and wondering, is that giant hogweed, or something similar, in the front? Folks may want to be careful with their skin.

There was been a line of self seeding Angelica archangelica in ECO since the 1st plant back in 2012.

Pretty much all wild members of Carrot/Apiaceae family (parsnip, Queen Anne's lace, etc) have sap that makes the skin photosensitive.
