Dear all, peace be with you. It’s quite strange when Islam is being continuously slandered and ridiculed, described as an oppressive and intolerant religion, whilst in considerable contrast, there are edified people still come to felicitously embrace it in impressively significant amount. It would have been more logical and convincing if this negative propaganda discouraged people until they totally abandon Islam. Even when many Muslims themselves are not practicing Islam properly but, the religion isn’t blamed for those who misrepresent its essence. Islam has constantly been provoked and demonized by those who hate its message. Amongst those are southern protestant pastors and ministers. They deliberately distort the reality of Islam, they heavily attempt to demolish its expedience for their temporal gains. Consequently, Allah glory be to Him bestows His grace on those who look for the truth despite  any relevant circumstances. The cast member and the chief character of today’s chronicle is brother Joshua Evans. In this segment, I am going to inshallah provide a sequential summary of his story. Provenience.

Joshua Evans is a former youth minister who was born and grew up in Greenvill, a small town in northwest South Carolina in the Piedmont. He grew up in a quite traditional Methodist upbringing with southern and conservative grandparents where they happened to drag him to Church which he naturally disliked as a kid. Regular Church attendance. Thus, he went to Church since a quite early age. During his teenage phase, he joined the youth service in which he began to develop a strong motive for his religion which led him to subsequently think of unfeignedly seeking for ministership career. Genuine reflection on the Bible and the initial trauma.

In the Summer of 1996, the youth Minister of his Church who happened to be his close neighbor and his apprentice asked brother Evans if he ever read the Bible. Young Joshua was enormously  taken aback by this question, and with his friend they decided to challengingly read the Bible cover to cover in the summer of 1996. When he opened the Bible, he was  stormed with this vitiating portrayals  of these stories about God’s prophets. In his words, ”The stories of the prophets in the Bible shocked me to my core”. Noah is portrayed as an alcoholic, Lott is portrayed as someone who committed adultery with his daughters to preserve his filiation, and David is portrayed as a man who slays his commanders to basically take their wives. So he was portrayed  as a plotter, an adulterer, and a murderer. Solomon was portrayed as a polytheist. Consequently, the south Carolinian youngster was tremendously mystified by such debased portrayals of God’s prophets and thereupon, he went to consult the senior pastor. Pastoral consultancy and the statement of the Bob Jones (Textual Critic Professor).

He talked to several pastors and their answers were quite dissatisfactory.  Those pastors told him that he basically wasn’t spiritual enough, and they told him that he isn’t justified by rational disposals, he is justified by faith. The intellectually intrigued youngster wasn’t ready to sacrifice his rationality for the sake of blindly keeping his faith. His pastors didn’t rationally satisfy him. Afterwards, he talked to a Professor at Bob Jones University which is a well renowned Christian college, it’s broadly famed. According to Joshua Evans, this professor hammered the final nail in his utter disloyalty to  Christianity. He told him that the Bible is written by men and it’s merely perfected by faith. After Joshua heard the scholarly perspective, he  determined to utterly abandon Christianity. Faith abandment and looking for alternatives. He went and looked for other faiths and isms and all of them seem to indistinct him  even more. The initial experience with materials about Islam. He then stumbled on a prepossessing book about Islam where it fraudulently proclaims that Moslems worship a black box in the desert of Saudi Arabia, they suppress women and they kill non-Muslims without discretion and so on. Thereupon, Joshua Evans instantly erased Islam from his compact list of candidate religions. Brother Evans didn’t pay a fastidious exploration to Islam, he just read some pages of that insanely prejudicial source. Meeting with a Muslim African American and the tendency to visit the Masjid. Life went on and nothing  changed for awhile until he by chance met with an African American who happened to be Muslim but, he wasn’t practicing Islam properly. They were classmates in high school so there used to be a level of competent acquaintance between them. Joshua didn’t know about this African American being  Muslim. So as they were scrutinizing the subject of religion, this African American  asked Joshua if he ever heard about Islam. In a stridently sarcastic manner, Joshua responded that he absolutely heard everything about Islam and then he told this African American about the book he read. Consequently, this African American revealed his Islamic identity and he persuaded Joshua to just dismiss this preposterously stereotypical   textbook and he encouraged him to pay a visit to the Masjid where he can meet unfeignedly devout and lay Muslims and the Imam. He wasn’t a good Muslim and at the same time, he wanted to teach his American friend about Islam and so he guided him to the Masjid to attend the Friday congregation. I won’t unveil the rest of the story since I want those who receive this to hear it from its original experiential. I outlined some of its major factors for you, and I highly encourage you to watch the full story as it’s narrated by the one who lived it and he experienced its impingement. It’s on Youtube and I inshallah provided at the bottom of this message. Ultimately, to the masters of Christendom, I’ll just give you some reality. For those who hatefully  believe that Islam could possibly be dissolved by promoting despising  prejudice, it’s just a fraudulent assumption. Islam thrives onto the top when those pastors unintentionally provoke the public attention to knowing about it. Joshua Evans has earned the tremendous revilement of those pastors of whom they accused him of dissemblance and duplicity out of envy and detest. Incidentally and quite naturally, they are the ones to fear the gradual emergence of Islam as it plainly intercepts with their temporal interests. As I articulated at the inception of this post, Islam has constantly been subjected to predominant denouncement. Despite  this hate incitement rhetoric, Islam continues to rapidly fascinate and impress the life of edified habitants of the United States. My fiance is just one of those. She is a native citizen of Los Angeles, California. She was born and raised up in a Mormon family. After 9-11, she determined to unfeignedly search for the truth. She dismissed prejudice, derision and hateful skepticism, and she independently read about Islam. Gradually and on scholarly basis, she discerned the essence of Islam. Her discernment is essentially based on a thorough examination and research. There are many people who freely chose to embrace Islam after 9-11 terrible incidents. You might be interested to see this report from CNN.

After 9-11 terrorist attacks, American mass media sought to deliberately smear and denigrate Islam, insisting to unjustly  held Islam accountable for what happened on that inglorious day. Some people believe that some of us cheered and chanted on 9-11, and of  course, the filthy and hateful media tells them so. My fiance was a typical girl who born and grew up in beautiful Los Angeles, California. After 9-11, she decided to seriously look for the truth while bearing her in mind to comply to its authority despite what it is. She read, searched and looked. And now, she is a freely practicing Muslim. Well definitely, Church people would like to derogate her portrait out of malice and detest and so they would like to do with brother Joshua Evans. Brother Joshua Evans is furiously aggressed by Church staff members. They describe him as misguided and unhappy just because he exposed the Church fallacy and its deceitful sentiment. I asked you pastors and ministers on multiple occasions to honestly reveal the identity of the English Bible you hold up to. Authors are utterly anonymous and so those who translated these textbooks. Whether he is Joshua Evans or my fiance Leena Bandy, both have sought and found the straight pathway of guidance and prosperity. Despite uninterrupted prejudice and stereotype, Islam continues to determinedly prevail. It overpowers all major obstacles to ultimately be discerned smoothly and without any complication. Now, I have two messages to send to two different categories. First, the party of enemies and then the party of truth seekers. So first, to the masters of infedelity. The subsequent segment is basically a strident disapprobation to your states of pride, iniquity and egocentrism. You should never think of yourselves as creme de la crème. You are merely hellions who are influenced with satanic forces, intolerance, prejudice, religious bigotry and hate incitement rhetoric. This is a state of uninterrupted warfare. You are governed by detest and timidity. I recognize all of your wicked tricks and deception. Your principles are prodominantly based on unethical and hostile grounds and thus, a strident repudiation is absolutely mandatory. On multiple occasions, your detestable promotions prompted controversy and global turmoil. I will never leave you to commit hate crimes without justly defeating your wickedness with the sword of truth. My sword is the mightily word.

In addition to unfeigned truth seekers, don’t worry my friends, what I wrote above wasn’t intended to address you. In the subsequent segment, I will inshallah address you. I don’t want any of you to be Muslim without being sufficiently convinced. In addition to your sacred objects and revered beliefs, I won’t desecrate them as I don’t like mine desecrated. The same principle applies. We are friends even if you don’t become Muslims at all. If some of you wanted to learn about Islam, I am more than keen to help. Islam has answers to all questions. Islam is based on the code of consistency  in addition to its quite solid theology. It consists of the Noble Koran, the Sunnaa literature, juristic textbooks, commentary and explanation references. The broadly implemented regulation here is the support of your proclamation with absolutely decisive evidence. Islamic theology is essentially based on a substantial legacy of scholarship. There are many people who truly searched and they found their satisfaction with Islamic injunctions. It’s quite possible for you to have the same experience. I invite you to unbiasedly investigate Islam. I can help you with finding authenticated resources and reliable material. I am a graduate of Al-Azhar University where I received a scholarly prestigious syllabus on both Islamic Theology and Arabic Philology. I pray for you to blessedly receive the plainly divine guidance to truth. Again, I am not attempting to compel you to do something nor I am attempting to forcefully impose anything on you. I am obliged to unambiguously convey the message  and simultaneously, I am emphatically forbade to force anything on anyone. I critically  refrain from pronouncing proselytization sentiments. I love Allah glory be to Him. I love the Noble Koran and the Sunnaa of the prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and I intensely decline prejudice, radicalism, religious intolerance and religious extremism. All praises be to Allah glory be to Him. I finally concluded this post with His grace and mercy. I attempted to unshakably take a moderate root between decency and stridence. I sincerely apologize if anything I said here was intolerant, offensive or unwished. Alison, I know this is unsolicited and I promise that it will be truly the last one. Thank you all for your time, attention and courtesy.           Peace be with you.

As stated above, Joshua Evans and his embracement to Islam.
