Initial Setup Issues - Pen Arm not workin

I just received the Eggbot and am trying to put it together with my son. We had it all together and then went into Inkscape and I can move Motor 1 and I can move Motor 2 using the Manual tab, but when I do the Setup and try to configure the pen arm up/down motion it is moving in the wrong area.

I unscrewed it all and try the centering stop again and it looks good. I just pushed the horn onto the servo without screwing it in to hold it up and dry fit it, however now when I go to Setup and try to change the position there, the pen arm servo is not working. I don't see any movement of the gears or anything.

Did I manage to break the servo?

What could I be doing wrong here?

Without asking a few more questions, it's hard to be sure. I'll follow up off-list with some things to check.

After playing around for awhile we found out that the other motors stopped working through the Manual tab of the extension too and then my son found that we didn't have the motor cables well secured and something must have come out or something, but we got it plugged back in and are up and running. Thanks, Windell for the tips and suggestions!
