I see a future that will bring about serious redefinitions of IT job domains. Interestingly, the tough economic times are already compelling organizations to capitalize on minimizing operation costs. So, will they be willing to hire separate testers, security administrators for their solutions and again be paying hackers??? The immediate implication here would be that unfamiliarity with the hacking skills could be a reason enough to disqualify a web developer, a software tester, a network security admin or whoever from an interview session. Egerton could take the lead in drafting a curriculum that sees students taught and let to practice hacking skills in order to allow them remain relevant in the face of the 21st century system security concerns such as this.
