I am pleased to inform you that all arrangements have been made for the above interactive Public Lecture on “Internet Technology Standards and the Internet Engineering Task Force” by Mr. Olaf Kolkman. All nominated students and faculty names have been forwarded to USIU and each of them contacted using SMS. The bus shuttle for the public lecture departs at 8.00 AM from Jeevanjee Gardens on Moi Avenue.

 

The lecture shall be recorded and archived and will be available from the KENET website. It will also be possible for faculty and students that will not be able to attend and participate remotely using our new KENET Web conferencing system by following the link https://conference.kenet.or.ke/public-lecture-by-olaf-kolkman/. Please let your community know about the Web conferencing link – it is possible for even 2,000 students to participate!

 

I met Mr. Kolkman and he is looking forward to an interactive session tomorrow.
