I saw your email on whiteflies.
Have had the same experience too.
Try oberon(bayer) will take care of juvenile stages. 3 days PHI,
Do Evisect & confidor(bayer),14 and 7days PHI respectively to get rid of audults.
Incorporate teepol used as a sticker although good of adults knockdown
If the black soot is there,not much can be done. Remove the crop.

On thrips(tracer) spinosad, 3 days PHI is good though very expensive.
Calypso (Thiocloprid) 14 days p.h.i(bayer) is relatively good.
If the product is for export avoid using Imidacloprid (confidor),before consulting your client because of the current regulations.(to avoid MRL detec.)..since its client specific for now.
