Looking for team members who would like to gain project implementation experience in an international environment!
Cambridge Education seeks to employ a full-time Interpreter to join our team for the “Technical Assistance for Promoting Lifelong Learning II in Turkey Project” (LLL-II).
LLL-II is an EU-funded project which will be implemented by a Consortium led by Cambridge Education. Cambridge Education is a leading international management consultancy firm and part of one of the world’s largest engineering and consulting firms, Mott MacDonald, employer of over 16.000 people in over 140 countries worldwide, working in a wide range of sectors including transport, energy, buildings, water and environment, health and education, oil and gas, industry, power and communications.

As part of Mott MacDonald’s International Education Division in 2014 alone, we delivered over 100 education projects in 31 countries worldwide. The Beneficiary of the LLL-II Project is the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) Directorate General of Lifelong Learning (DG LLL). The commencement date of the Project is 20 January 2016 with an overall duration of 20 months.
The project office is located at DG LLL premises in Ankara.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Good knowledge of EU and/or education terminology is an asset;
- International experience (studying abroad, internships, Erasmus, Work & Travel, volunteer programmes, etc.) is an asset;
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
- Reporting, filing and documentation skills;
- Detailed oriented work style;
- Managing work schedules to deadlines;
- Excellent organisational and communication skills;
- Excellent team member;
- No obstacle to travel (both local and international).
- 4-year university degree from departments of translation and interpretation;
- 1 years of professional experience;
- Professional or internship experience in implementation of an EU-funded project is a an asset.
