LEED Neighborhood Development Question

Hello all,

I have a quick question I was hoping someone involved with the group
might be able to answer. I've done some research into it, but I'm
curious if a development project that involves the planning and
construction of a YMCA, multi-family housing, elderly assisted living
facility, child care facility, library, cultural center, public health
clinic, and passive rec area- all in a primarily residential area-
would be eligible for LEED Neighborhood Development certification?
Only theoretical- for a course project- but any help is greatly
appreciated.
