Why We Meet
Previous gatherings have shown how much we gain from connecting, sharing, and growing together. We deeply appreciate the work of pioneers of EFT ( prof. Greenberg, dr. Goldman, prof. Watson, prof. Elliott) and EFT for Youth, especially Dr. Mirisse Foroughe, whose contributions inspire our ongoing efforts.
This Time's Focus
This meeting will center around an experiential exploration of self-compassion—how it affects our work with youth, and how we offer compassion to ourselves and others.
We'll also carve out time for community reflection: What do we need most from these gatherings?
What to Expect
Connection & sharing
Space to reflect, explore, and support one another
An informal, meaningful community atmosphere
Note: These gatherings are not formal trainings or supervision, but are open to all who are curious about how we work with youth in EFT for Youth.
Whether you’re:
* already trained,
*considering Level I training,
*or just want to see what it’s all about
you are warmly welcome.
