Dear Mr. Thomas Karopka,
We are sending you the preliminary program with the purpose of letting your fellow colleges know about INFLOLAC 2011 and ultimately welcoming a workshop proposal from them.
As you already know, there are several round table panels and it would be a great honor if some of your team members would like to participate in any of them. If such is the case, we would really appreciate it if you could let us know in advance.
We will be delighted if you and your fellow colleges would consider contributing in INFOLAC 2011 in any of the other formats available such as tutorials, meet the experts sessions, etc.
We sincerely hope to see you all in Guadalajara next May and to be of assistance in your travelling plans.
