iTCO v2 vs. v3

Hi Mathieu, hi Christian,

where are we now /wrt the iTCO driver, its support for the different
revisions? Is everyone happy with what we have in master now, or is
something still missing? I'd like to close this topic and also tag v0.6
eventually.

Jan, thanks for fixing up the patch and taking care while my leave!

As far as I'm concerned, I'm fine with it. We may need some broader testing --
which may have been done while I was away? Nonetheless, we can base further
work + fixes on this as it's now in -master. That said, Mathieu, as
I understood, you want to put something on top of this once it's merged, right?
