support for ITCOv4 / C230 chipset

Hello there,

Are there any plans to support ITCOv4 as found on the C230 chipset?

(more specifically: "100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family SMBus" VID=8086, PID=A123)

To my knowledge, we had no box with iTCOv4 on our desks so far. However,
if you have one, it should be straightforward to add and test looking at
the kernel bits.
