I just posted this on the efixusers.com forum, may as well post here
as well:

20+ Days of Broke-ass Lan

...and still no update, no option to roll-back, no nothing. What are
we to do about this? What [I]can[/I] we do about this? I am so
frustrated and fed up I'm very close to asking to return this module
(while ASEM is still an "functioning" entity capable of accepting
returns) and maybe buy one again when/if they get their shit together.
In all my years of computing and home-building, I have never seen this
lack of professionalism before.

Oh, and the efi-x.com website is still broken as shit, too. I think
they need more hamster wheels over there.

I wouldn't dream of criticizing ASEM's performance on the company
server--I intend to remain unbanned and unheard over there. Just the
way ASEM likes us.
