New EFi-X Users forums

I got a few emails after posting my idea about a dedicated forum for
our usergroup, and hopefully it will attract a more open area for
discussion as opposed to the current sordid state of affairs the
official EFi-X forums is in.

Maybe we can even convince ASEM that a user-run forum would provide
better support than the ones they use, or at least an alternative,
since none of the devs seem to have any interest in providing support
through that outlet anyways, and we wouldn't have to deal with the
forum gestapo headed up by those "volunteer moderators".
