EFI-X 1.1 Hardware

hi,

besides of a more robust design, 25 years of warrenty and supports a
"faster" processor (in it ??) whats really new with that hardware ...

better support - members of asem or efi-x developers team should
participate in the support forums ?

i wonder why i still have to lucky guess on which apple logo'ed
harddrive my bootable OS resides :/

i tried to install vista 64b and boot form efi-x - well every time
vista makes any update it seems to set the starting volume within the
bios to the volume it resides on :( - so NO efi-x after reboot ....

hot plug and remove support for ahci hdds - that is a mandataory
feature in the sata II specs.

cd/dvd/blueray drives should be visible in osx when using ahci+native
mode ....

any ideas about the efi-x 2 hardware - rumor says that it will be able
to repair itself and update the firmware in the boot menue phase or
even earlier even if not detected by the bios ....

any solution for the internal nic adapter missing/bonjour/appletv/
timemachine(-capsule) problem ?
