Let's add this for financial impact under executive briefing:

CEMEX’s 1999 Sales and EBITDA are $4.8 and $1.7 billion, respectively. Based on the pro-forma we completed, CEMEX should realize a 4 year Sales and EBITDA increases of $1.2 billion and $320 million, respectively. Moreover, if we apply 1999 EBITDA multiples of 7 to the pro-forma then CEMEX’s TEV will increase by at least $2.2 billion by year 2003.
